A sales strategy for your commercial property

Market value, use, leases and development potential determine positioning. Together, we define objectives and the sales process, prepare the documentation and approach suitable domestic and international investors. Regular reports provide transparency on market responses and next steps.

How we support your sale

  1. Market value and strategy

Market valuation (BOV), property-specific risk analysis and jointly agreed market positioning.

  2. Documentation and due diligence

Collect, review and organise property documents in an encrypted online data room.

  3. Approaching investors

Identify suitable buyers through our local and international network and support the sales process.

  4. Negotiations

Prepare and conduct negotiations strategically, with financing advice where required.

Questions about selling

Can I sell a vacant commercial property?

SCI also supports sales of vacant commercial properties. Potential uses, location and property characteristics form the basis for selecting suitable investors or owner-occupiers.

Can I remain in the building after selling it?

A sale & leaseback or sale & rentback combines a sale with a lease of the property back to the seller. It can release capital while allowing the business to continue using the premises under a lease. SCI advises on the transaction and negotiations.
